Description

Malabar Paratha is a South Indian crisp, hand-swirled, multi-layered flatbread made with refined wheat flour (Maida). These are prepared by a technique which involves waving and puffing the dough in order to form the layers. Then it is grilled on a flat grill (usually called a tawa or a griddle).
